I moderated a panel called "Plate and Principles" for the 14th annual Farmer-Chef Connection. On the panel were (from left to right): Chapel Hill, North Carolina chef Andrea Reusing, and Portland chefs Aaron Dionne, Greg Higgins, Jason French, and Joshua McFadden.
